XYLIA Brand Ambassador Policy

1. Purpose

This Brand Ambassador Policy outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and guidelines for individuals representing the XYLIA brand (“Ambassadors”). The goal is to ensure consistency, authenticity, and professional promotion of the brand across all platforms.


2. Ambassador Role

Brand Ambassadors act as representatives of XYLIA and are responsible for:

  • Promoting brand values, products, and services

  • Creating and sharing content that aligns with the brand image

  • Expressing their individuality—Ambassadors are encouraged to be themselves and create content that resonates with their unique audience

  • Engaging with audiences in a positive and professional manner

  • Providing feedback and insights from their community


3. Eligibility & Selection

To be considered for the Brand Ambassador Program:

  • A one-time purchase is required

  • Ambassadors must actively promote their personal discount code

  • Increased promotion and performance may lead to additional perks, including higher discounts and free PR packages


4. Expectations & Responsibilities

Posting Requirements

  • Ambassadors are expected to post at least once per week (minimum of 4 times per month)

  • Consistency is required to remain active in the program

Content Creation

  • All content must be high-quality (clear photos, videos, reels, etc.)

  • Content should reflect authentic experiences with the brand

  • Ambassadors must tag the XYLIA brand in all related content

  • Creativity is encouraged—do what best attracts your audience while representing the brand

Engagement

  • Actively engage with brand content and campaigns

  • Maintain consistent interaction with your audience and the brand


5. Social Media Guidelines

  • Accounts must be public

    • If an account is private, content must be sent directly to the team

    • Failure to comply may result in removal from the program

  • Use the required hashtag: #WEARXYLIA

  • Do not make false or exaggerated claims about products or services

  • Maintain respectful and professional online behavior at all times


6. Compensation & Benefits

Brand Ambassadors may receive:

  • Free products or PR packages

  • Commission or affiliate earnings

  • Exclusive discounts (all ambassadors receive significant discounts)

  • Access to special events, launches, and promotions


7. Confidentiality

While the program is public-facing, Ambassadors must:

  • Keep any private or sensitive brand information confidential

  • Avoid sharing internal communications or unreleased details
    Failure to do so may result in removal and potential legal action.


8. Code of Conduct

Ambassadors must:

  • Show respect to the CEO and all team members

  • Act professionally in all brand-related interactions

  • Avoid behavior that could harm the brand’s reputation


9. Termination

The brand reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador at any time for:

  • Violating any policy or guideline

  • Lack of consistent posting (less than once per week)

  • Failure to send content when required (for private accounts)

  • Lack of promotion or engagement with the brand

  • Disrespect toward the CEO or team members

Immediate removal may occur if expectations are not met.


10. Growth Opportunity: Becoming an “Island Girl”

Top-performing Brand Ambassadors have the opportunity to advance into an exclusive role known as an “Island Girl.”

To qualify, Ambassadors must:

  • Consistently meet or exceed posting expectations

  • Actively promote the brand regardless of discount code usage

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content regularly

  • Stay highly involved with brand campaigns and interactions

11. Agreement

By participating in the XYLIA Brand Ambassador Program, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy and any additional terms communicated through text messages, direct messages, or email.
