Xylia Policies
At Wear Xylia, every order is handled with intention, care, and precision. We ask that all customers review our policies carefully before placing an order.
Processing, Production & Delivery Time
Because we work with overseas vendors, additional time is required to ensure each order is properly produced and delivered to our standards.
All orders begin processing 5 business days after the order is placed. This processing period allows our team time to verify payments and prepare orders for production.
After processing begins, please allow 2–3 weeks for production to be completed.
Shipping time begins only after production has been completed, not at the time your order is placed.
We kindly ask all customers to allow the full timeframe before submitting inquiries regarding delays, disputes, or rush requests.
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include weekends or holidays.
Example:
If an order is placed on a Friday, the 5 business day count will begin on the following Monday.
- Monday = Business Day 1
- Tuesday = Business Day 2
- Wednesday = Business Day 3
- Thursday = Business Day 4
- Friday = Business Day 5
This means the order will begin processing on or after that Friday.
Order Timeline Example
For full transparency, if an order is placed on Friday, April 3:
Step 1: Processing Start
Processing begins after 5 business days → April 10
Step 2: Production Window (2–3 weeks)
- Earliest production completion: April 24 (2 weeks)
- Latest production completion: May 1 (3 weeks)
Step 3: Shipping Window
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days via USPS):
- Earliest delivery: May 1
- Latest delivery: May 12
Priority Shipping (3–5 business days via FedEx):
- Earliest delivery: April 29
- Latest delivery: May 8
👉 Based on this example, customers can expect their order as early as April 29 and as late as May 12, depending on the shipping method selected.
Shipping Methods
Once production has been completed, your order will be shipped using one of the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (USPS)
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
Priority Shipping (FedEx)
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Shipping times begin after production is completed, not when the order is placed.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your package leaves our warehouse and is transferred to the shipping carrier, Wear Xylia no longer has control over the package.
Wear Xylia is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or delivery issues once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact:
- United States Postal Service
- FedEx
to file a claim or request assistance.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
All purchases made through Wear Xylia are final sale.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
In select cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion, depending on the situation and prior communication. Store credit is not guaranteed.

- Shipping issues must be handled directly with the carrier
- All sales are final
- No refunds or exchanges are offered
